Game crashes with weird screen at the end

the game freezes along with the audio and then goes to that screen then the home screen i have had this issue for a year now any help would be appreciated c:

nope that didn't work at all did the same thing as listed above and exact same thing happened

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable or a different TV?

Also, to fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I really hope this fixes the black hole glitch. The wording is a little weird and there's other black screen crash issues out there. People on BSN are holding their breath though. Thanks for the heads up Arkham I kinda gave up checking.

Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

Malnificent

I've had the game freeze a few times, but also had weird graphics glitches where sillhouettes of people from a previous cut were staying on the screen for a few seconds after cutting away as well as weird shades of green and such. Happened a LOT during
the end cutscenes.
