    Mainly COD MW but all my COD games kick me to startup screen for months now. Have not been able to play. I get an error code for disc read error 3.1 common_mp.ff on MW and I dont even have a disc. I have uninstalled game about 5 times now, hard reset and
    factory reset xbox, unplugged and left for 10 minutes, transferred game to internal storage and even format my external hd now and still get the same error code. All the "fixes" for similar error codes online do not work. Cant get in touch with activision
    or email them or anything to show them error codes. Talked to them once, waited for hours and they were no help. What can/should I do to get the game working this is crazy. Thanks in advance! Forgot to mention, games work fine on my original xbox in my room
    but not my xbox one x in my living room is what I am referring to. Plugged in via ethernet if that matters.

    hmm Interesting. it Could be client side. my COD Mw. did not let me play and kept kicking me out as well for a few months before My XBox one x Broke. From what I have heard before< activision doesnt reply to a lot of emails I dont know if this is 100%
    true or not. I have just heard this a lot. Have you seen if there are any other ways of contacting them other than Via Email?

    Hello, WebbierNote8! If Its only the COD Games that are kicking you off. It may be that you have been Banned from the COD Network maybe? Have you tried to play the COD Games on another Profile? or on another Device? I Hope This helps a little.

    also if you go to Setting Click Network settings and advanced settings and click Alternate Mac address, and Click Manual I think it is and It will ask you to restart your console. this worked for me when "Ark Survival Evolved" would Start and kick me EVERY
    time to the dashboard and after that it worked.
