Game crashes to home screen every time I load

So everytime I load the game I select a world and the game crashes as it tries to load. Sometimes it doesn't even get that far and crashes as Minecraft is loading. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, same problem. This has only happened since
the last update. Is this a known problem?

Xbox One S crashes during loading of any game

Just bought the Xbox One S madden 18 bundle a few months ago (new), I usually only play fortnite & madden 18. Over the past few weeks, every once in awhile the game I would be playing would just crash unexpectedly (black screen) and send me back to the Xbox
Home screen. Now, I can't load any game (Fortnite & Madden). When I try and load the game, the game nearly finishes the initial load screen, then crashes back to the Xbox Home. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games... didn't work. My WiFi is also
functioning fine.

Any ideas?

XBOX One S Crashed to Home Screen Constantly

My XBOX One S continuously crashes back to the Home screen. I have tried multiple resets, including multiple hard resets. I have also made sure all updates were complete and that my game had installed. However, when I go to launch the game it almost always
crashes right back to the home screen after a couple seconds. Every once in a while the game will load and then after a couple minutes it crashes back to the home screen. It is unplayable. Any suggestions? Because right now I am thinking the XBOX One is a
hunk of junk.

I have the same problem:

DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

KI- crashes to home

COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

i have the same issue lately every time a add on the home screen it loads first the add on home screen then the rest of home it's annoying

Does it crash every time you hit a loading screen, even without fast travelling?

Same issue with my kids. They can't spawn any vehicles. It used to happen with just a few select cars like the apc, but now, none of the vehicles spawn at all. The game still crashes to the home screen on every instance. I wasted my time with a hard reset
and uninstalling the game. After reinstalling, it still crashed to the home screen.
