    Game crashes often and no connection to Xbox Online


    My Game is running on all new drivers but it is still crashing inbetween the Gamplay, just during a race or being in the Menu. I have to restart the IP-Helper every time i try to get in online mode. Please help!

    Xbox One crashes when starting online game

    Hi,

    My son's Xbox crashes when he wants to participate in an online game, only way to reset is via hard reset (unplug power).

    The console only crashes when when connecting to an online game, in all other cases it will remain ok, so guess no problems with the power supply.

    NAT is open

    UPnP is enabled

    network connection by wire

    only IPv4 available via ISP

    speed ok and 0 packet loss

    Both console and router set back to factury settings, still no go.

    When testing multiplayer connection it says that there are problems with the connection for multiplayer. If problem remains, try to renew NAT-type.

    I'm out of ideas, can somebody give me a hand with this problem?

    Xbox One instability

    both of those are crashes in the game vm portion or the Os back to the main dash. How old is your Xbox, is it in a well ventilated area? Are you connected to a surge protector? are you set to instant on? and how often do you cold reboot? Certifying a game does not mean a game will be bug free. Those bugs are what could be causing your crashes. If the problem persist across multiple game times and the standard operating conditions are met you need to send your Xbox in for service.

    unfortunately, none of this helped, but by creating a new microsoft account [game bought on steam] on the first account it crashes and on the second account it started crashing kak started connecting to online

    It does always seem to crash when i connect to a match, connect back to the lobby, or at some random point in a match. Ive tried a hard and soft reset and reinstalling the game but those only seem to help for a day. For the most part it is this game that
    crashes the most since i can tell exactly when the game will crash, for others its only a one time thing then whatever game im playing wont ever crash again for that day. I had 2 other games that would crash every 15 mins but i deleted them and I’ve only kept
    Apex. Sometimes Apex works like the other games with 1 crash other times it happens more often then the times i mentioned. I will check for an update and maybe just uninstall apex for a few days i dont know. Thanks for your help and if it keeps up i will let
