    Game Crashes Before I Can Even Play


    I have played the game once and since then, I am having trouble getting into the game. I can get to the menu where you choose your server or click play. Once I click play, The loading symbol comes up and spins for a few seconds until freezing, closing
    the game, and sending back to my xbox home screen. I have a digital version, no disc. I have tried unplugging the power, re installing, and clearing local save data. Friends have logged in on my console and been able to play no problem though. Any help would
    be very much appreciated.

    Tron Run/r Deluxe crashes before I can even play it

    Hi, I had originally downloaded the trial when Tron Run/r came out and enjoyed it enough that when the sale hit I bought it. I've had many games to get through and just last night finally decided to try the game for the first time since the purchase...sadly,
    it crashes and refuses to do much else. I deleted the game and did a new install and even tried to delete the old save info too, with no new results. The game comes up and asks me to log in to the grid and then asks me to confirm my gamer tag (player) and
    once I do, the screen hangs in black and the game crashes and I'm back on my home dashboard...every bloody time. Tried searching for fixes online, yet I don't think many people bought the game so no luck. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Well, I figured this out. Seems there's a glitch for anyone who plays the trial and then upgrades to deluxe. I had to delete my save data for the game from cloud and console and now the game plays fine.

    Well, I figured this out. Seems there's a glitch for anyone who plays the trial and then upgrades to deluxe. I had to delete my save data for the game from cloud and console and now the game plays fine.

    It's not an issue with the game. I can't even get the point where I can install games as the app itself is crashing before that stage.

    Does the issue happen only to that particular game? Are your other games working fine when you play them online?

    If so, it's possible that the issue was caused by the update. Another workaround we can try is to clear only the game's local save and also try connecting to a different network if possible. Make sure to reset your router & modem and try connecting even in mobile data hotspot.

    Delete a game's local save:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
    Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
    Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
    Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

    After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
    Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
    Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

    since the update i cant even get past the loading screen without it crashing. have to clear my cache and play offline, but then i only get 10-15mins before it crashes. before all of this i havent had a problem.
