Game Crashen when exiting out of menus

so exit out of my game to xbox one main menu

Gears saved games save when you exit to the main menu. If you turn off without exiting you can get corrupt saved games. Its a known issue and it also occurs if you have split screened and failed to log out your second controller.

My friend and I have found an annoying Menu bug. When you go into the Quest Menu, sometimes it can get stuck when you back out and try to exit the Menu. You will not be able to move the cursor, but you will be able to still hear the music in the background.
The only way to get out, sadly, is to "dashboard it" and then re launch the game.

When you mean you exit and it crashes, do you mean that you're exiting out of the Scratch & Match back to the S&S+ main menu, or do you mean you're exiting S&S+ back to the dashboard?

It unlocks when your barriers reach level 7. When you are exiting horde (or any other mode for that matter) always use the start button's exit to menu option. Powering off your console while in-game, or exiting to the dash from in-game will not record your
progress.
