Game crashed. Save's dissapeared. Xbox Game Pass

Guys, i am kinda pissed with what happened. So during my stream i was playing Metro 2033 Redux and after couple of hours playing, my game crashed. Without an error or anything, just crashed. Well, okay, happen's. After starting game again, all my save's
dissapeared and i could only start from the beginning again.

I've wasted entire day looking for where the save's of this game can be and couldn't find anything. I've downloaded save's from another player, so i can just continue from the moment when game crashed, but i don't even know where Xbox Pass game folders and
saves are. Any idea what to do to fix this?

P.S. I did find the folder in: C/USERS/User/AppData/Local/Packages/GameFolder - i mean, i did find the game folder, but nothing there says where save's are and how can i add the downloaded from another player save's.

Hi! Unfortunately, as our friend has already written to you, if the game freezes or console turns off during a save, the save can be corrupt and cannot be restored. It happened to me a few times and I understand it's very frustrating!

If your game save was corrupted when it crashed it is unlikely you can get it back. This is what games are trying to avoid when they tell you not to power off when the save icon is on screen. but if the game crashes and hard locks during the save process,
the data being written will be incomplete and the software can't do anything with it. Sucks but it happens. I lost hundreds of hours progress on Gears of War 3 to the same issue

Not the game pass. Xbox Live Gold for 2$ is on my xbox home page but when i press it it takes me to the marketplace but the deal just dissapears.

Yeah my save has completely dissapeared, i checked my hard drive to see if the saved game was on it and it was! I have a 4mb file under tomb raider but no save file on the game itself!
