    Game crash and returns to dash board


    Hello !

    I post my massage her because I've some problems why my Xbox games during a few days. I don't see any reply who resolve my problem

    When i start to play (Halo MCC, Froza Horizon 4 ...) my game come back to te Xbox dashboard after 1 or 2 minutes.

    PS : All my game are digital (I don't have any material Games)

    I buy my Xbox S 1 month ago (1To)

    I try to clear all cache on my Xbox

    Delete my profile

    UnInstall and download all my game

    Factory reset (and doawnload again all games)

    Did have any solution ?

    I'm sorry for my bad english :s

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. If you've already tried a full factory reset and your console still crashes whenever you try to launch any newly downloaded games. I would recommend looking in to

    Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced    . Let us know with a reply how it goes!

    i have similar issues. my xboxlive performance is horrible. the home page xbox ads dont load, the store wont load, i cant edit my account info, throws me to black screen. when i go to download the free xbox 360 title this month, takes me to black screen.
    it started doing all this before i checked to see if there was an update. everything was working fine the friday before the update 03/31/2017.

    i dont know what else isnt working, dont have alot of extra time.

    How does Battlefield 4 play on XB1?

    Net code issues are still the same on all platforms. Dash boarding and crashes do not happen anymore or not much.

    Just because a disk is new doesn't mean it wont have issues.

    Just pointing that out, not confirming or denying anything.

    The dash board is little less cluttered than the 360, I would have preferred the blade system to of made a return.
