Game constantly glitching after the new download.

Since my console DL the new update with the Hardhat map not matter witch map I play while shooting against another player my game starts glitching like a bad lag . And its REALLY[Mod removed- inappropriate]
GETTING KICKED NOW WITH ERROR CODES SINCE THE UPDATE. the game is pretty much un playable , Never had an issue with any other update , even swaping weapons it glitches like there's a 1/2 second pause.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for help on this problem. I understand how this could be distressing, but maybe some troubleshooting can help. I suggest running through the steps here on Troubleshoot
game issues on Xbox One.

If that doesn't do the trick, try a soft factory reset of the console (the kind that keeps your
games & apps) and let us know if that helped.

The game has become complete trash they took away split screen play after it constantly crashed and now when you download the new update it tries to make you repurchase the game. So many glitches so many problem I think my COD era has come to an end

It might be because of the demand of people constantly downloading the game. I personally think that it is a xbox glitch. Sadly it wasen't fixed in the April update.

Getting into games isn't the problem. It's the game constantly crashing, the sound turning off, the EMP effect, one shot kill glitch, and on and on.
