    I am more than happy to suffer through the ads to get a 3rd deck, but it is not consistent in the implementation of this. somedays I'm lucky if I get one 3
    deck opportunity other days I get 2 or 3 then other days none at all so tell me what's up with this inconsistency.

    ...How can anybody be consistently good at this game.

    If I am on a team of randoms I have no consistancy, some rounds I will be 25-4 and some I will be 15-15. When I am on a team of friends I have much better consistancy being positive 10+ because we can control half a map and rarely get the kills from behind
    which plague this game. And I am not talking about spawn killing, just letting them come to us. The big factor that breaks consistancy regardless of team/no team is the uncontrollable variable (LAG).

    I understand that you are experiencing crashing issues with your games on PC.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please update drivers. Make sure all your drivers (especially graphics drivers) are up to date. Visit the website of your GPU manufacturer (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD) and download the latest drivers.

    And then check for Windows Updates. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

    Next is to run as administrator. To do this kindly right-click on the game executable and select Run as Administrator.

    It is important to check for overheating. Please monitor your PC's temperature using software like HWMonitor or SpeedFan.

    Then disable overlays. Disable any game overlays (e.g., Steam overlay, Discord overlay) as they can sometimes cause conflicts.

    Please check event viewer. Open Event Viewer (press Windows + X and select Event Viewer) and look for any error logs related to the crashes.

    Kindly uninstall and then reinstall the game too in order for the corrupted files will be deleted.
