    Game completely removed from console as well as my library??


    I got home from work today, sat down, powered on my Xbox. I am part of the Xbox preview program, or the "Xbox insider hub" as it's usually refered as now. So I was happy to see a new update to the system, and it looks nice so far. Apart from a VERY frustrating
    issue. With this update, my copy of Grand theft auto 5 was removed from my hard drive. No big deal I guess, I go to reinstall it, and ITS NOT IN MU READY TO INSTALL TAB. this has happened to my friend a few times but with smaller games. Now.. I spent 60 dollars
    on the game, and well over 40 on the in game currency cards. Its not on my account, at all. I bought it with my account, and it's suddenly just gone. Any help with this would be VERY appreciated. Is there a fix? Is there anything I can do?

    Hello,

    The new update has been released for Xbox and my Xbox still has not been removed completely from preview program as well as my internet constantly disconnects and I keep getting disconnected from parties in Destiny what else can I do please help.

    Game removed from my downloads completely

    So yesterday I had bought a redemption code from best buy for Minecraft for the xbox one console.

    I redeemed it on my profile on my Xbox console and today when I went to play Minecraft it said I didn't own the game so I went to uninstall then to reinstall it. mm so I proceeded to the store to reinstall and I had to pay $19.99 for it again. I checked
    my recent transactions and it doesn't appear there either. Is there a way my code for the game can be verified that it was used on my console and profile?

    Sorry to hear it. First off, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    You could also try searching for the game in the Xbox Store. There should be an option to install it there. If there is not then you would need to call phone support to get this sorted out. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    Maybe try removing it completely from your library and re-installing it ?

    Hey there,

    As what I could understand with your issue. you're trying to re-download back a game that you claimed before while its a featured games with gold but unable to do it as it asks you to purchase it now. Well, what I could think of is that while it was featured
    as a games with gold for that month, you have assigned another account as your home xbox so you where able to download and play the game back then.

    You see, xbox does not remove/delete a game that was already added on an account's licenses. If you already own it, it will show as Already purchased with the date claimed. You could try to get in touch with phone or chat support to check your account license
    but I don't think they could do something about it if it does not show under yours. You will need to purchase it to get the license and download it back on your xbox one console.

    How do I remove a game from the xbox store?

    You can remove a game from you Library completely so it won't even show up in "Ready to be installed", but to my knowledge you can't remove a title from the Store. Mind if I ask why you're looking into doing this?
