Game collapse

I'm not saying you can't collapse buildings. There's just a lack of buildings too collapse

Apparently during the Oblivion Crisis the sea swelled and swallowed most of the city of Winterhold. Apparently the college was very near the middle of the city. Most people believe it survived because the foundations had been re-inforced by magic, but
apparently others think the mages saved the college and let the rest of the city crumble.

Someone in the game was telling me, but they took so long, I stopped listening. I'll go back and see if I can get them to tell me again.

As long as my c4s can still collapse a building I'm fine.
