Game Code redemption Not appearing in order history.

When I check order history for my Microsoft account, I cannot see the item I redeemed. The code was for “Titanfall 2 Deluxe Edition Content.” Where do I go to view when something was redeemed if it does not show up in order history? I did not purchase the item from the Microsoft store. The code came packaged with the deluxe edition copy of the game I purchased physically.

Did you redeem the code on the Microsoft website or on your Xbox console?

If it's not showing up on the order history it means that it's not successful or it was not redeemed under the account that you're using.

You may need to try redeeming the code again or try checking other Microsoft accounts that you own.

Hi, try keeping an eye in the order history or check if the item appears after 48 hours since redemption date and time

Right now there is a current outage and maybe that's the reason about why you're not able to see the code in your order history

*Regarding your redeemed code for Robux, kindly confirm redemption by double-checking that the redemption process was completed successfully.

Review your purchase history to make sure that the Robux transaction was logged. Because all the completed purchases or redeemed code on the account is saved to the Order history real time.

Make sure you're browsing the correct account. If it appears with the status "redeemed," what content is it?

Remember that in-game content like coins or items may take up to 24 hours to appear.
