game code redeem issue

I got Minecraft dungeons with BestBuy and I redeemed the code but all it showed was that I owned it but I couldn't actually download it. So I went out of the store and went back in and it showed that I still needed to buy the game. I then went into my
purchase history and I saw it and it took me back to when I first redeemed my code but I still couldn't download the game. please help if you know the solution.

There seems to be no issue with redeeming codes as of the moment and the previous issue with FIFA 23 is with the trial issue wherein players can't play the game.

redeem a code on your Xbox one console as well here is a

I have indeed checked the order history but when I click on it it says I own it but there is no way that I can download it and it just sits there and I have also checked my games and apps and it was not there.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue accessing game. We recommend try a

power cycle on the console. Sometimes takes a few to show. Also once done go to my games and apps see if the game is under full library.
