    Hopefully somebody can tell me I got a game redeem code for forza horizon 3 and it came up I clicked download and it failed to download and if I enter the code again it says it has been redeemed anybody no how I get the game back up? It's not on ready to
    install

    Halo 5 bundle redeem code didn't download game

    I bought the Xbox 1s Halo 5 bundle for my son for Christmas. We entered the 25 digit code to download the game but received a message to refresh the page. When we did that, it returned to the home screen. The game did not download and does not appear to
    be downloading. When we tried again, we got a message that says the code has already been used. Any ideas out there???

    Region of console and account are both fine with the region of the codes.

    2 games downloaded, whilst the other didn't. they were part of the same code, very weird.

    You should be able to view your purchased content via the Store, under the game title, and install from there if you need to.

    Cannot install a game after uninstalling.

    Just an update to this. I didn't try to download any other games and assumed it was related to Fallout exclusively.

    I am not able to download any games at all. Same error code

    fortnite is a free to play online multiplayer game.

    you can download the game for free from the Xbox store.

    that's why it didn't come with the code.
