    Hello I have recently gotten a new Xbox One that came with a code for a free game. (6DWWCY36R9PNX74F) However when I tried to enter the code the website doesn't work and it seems the code was expired prior to me even receiving the Xbox console. I have reached
    out to support and they have advised me to post here to get this resolved.

    I get this error code when I try to sign in on Xbox. Then when I try to sign in on the website it redirects me and wants me to resign in. I’ve tried everything from restarting the internet to a console reset and have had no luck. Pls help

    You should not post codes on the forums as these are public and anyone can take them.

    If it was a Name Your Game bundle, that offer expired a couple of years ago so it would no longer be possible to take part in that offer. You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange.

    First Xbox codes are 25 characters long that would be put in for games the code you put in your post is 16 characters long.

    like Smwutches said if it was a name your game code that promotion expired and you would need to talk to the retailer that you purchased the console from.

    In this case if the code was not within the copy of the game I would advise taking it back to the retailer for assistance. Unfortunately we are not going to be able to assist with the code.

    You can also attempt to contact the game
    Developer     to see if they are able to assist with this problem.
