    Hey everybody

    I have been having an issue with the game clip recording feature on windows 10. The vast majority of the time my clips are just
    still pictures of random points in my game with the audio working fine. I have searched the web for a solution but cannot seem to find one. Please help.

    Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy to help!

    Have you completely restarted your PC and signed-in and out from the Xbox app on your PC?

    Does this issue happen on just one particular game or on any game you try to take clips from? Have you always had issue with recording clips on that PC or did it just happening recently?

    Have you checked to make sure your graphic card is up to date with the latest drivers?
    I am updating the drivers currently for my graphics card and hopefully that will work. I have only had the issue with Fortnite but Fortnite clips recorded fine until about 3 months ago when the problem started. If the drivers do not work I will try the first

    heres what i do...

    do cool stuff

    record dvr clip

    once a week go on the laptop xbox app and download my weekly clips to the hard drive

    Unless you actually save them your game clips will be deleted after a certain amount of time.

    There a few free programs out there for edit video and some free to edit on phones check the better one for you.
