Game clip stutter

I have an issue which I'm pretty sure is since the feb update. When watching my bf4 game clips on my Samsung tablet or phone the video stops and starts but the sound does not creating and unwatchable stutter. I also noticed that If on my console I select
my profile/my clips and highlight one of the game clips , the clip preview does exactly the same but if you select a game clip that was recorded prior to the update (on phone, tablet or console) they play fine.Has anybody else noticed this or have any info
on it ??

P.s I have tried all the stuff xbox support has suggested with the exception of factory restore but I ally don't see the point as the issue is also the same with my sons console.

P.p.s I have a 44mb down and 12 mb up internet connection

Has anyone been experiencing problems while viewing Game DVR clips?

I've noticed the stuttering when watching friends' clips through the feed. Like you said, it's as if it isn't buffering in time. Haven't had a crash though. Wondering if it's a symptom of the new OS.

 

Xbox Wireless Adapter and Framerate drops in games

This also happens while using the controller wired pressing any button or moving any joystick makes the whole system stutter ingame and even on the desktop.

Doallyn try getting it to stutter exit the game and see if it also stutter in the desktop (ej. move your pointer to see the stutter)

 

If you have just recorded the clip it will stutter as it is getting processed in the background. This is why your pre-recorded videos don't do it.

Give the video chance to process fully and try watching the video again, does the video stutter still?

yes they still stutter, anything post update stutters, anything pre does not. Just to clarify, its just video stutter not sound and only when played on tablet/phone. When you select the video and play it on xbox they play fine but if you just highlight it
and watch the preview it does exactly the same as tablet/phone.

 

I'm having the same issue Rewob... I cant figure it out... I bought a new phone so I thought that was the problem but since you have it also I know this is the case. All my prior videos work fine from before the update. UGH... its driving me nuts.
