Game clip comments seem to be broken

Upload Studio seems to have been broken for about 2 weeks now, I am unable to upload a clip of any kind thru the Upload Studio, I have to upload them thru my clip manager.

This is a public forum and you won't have anybody emailing you.

What solutions have you tried so far?

There was recently an issue with some consoles whereby audio was out of sync on clips so it's possible it's a variation of that. Might be worth playing with the clip settings on your console:

open a game

Record a clip

Shut the game

If audio broken, delete the clip

Change either clip duration or clip quality in settings

Start game

Record clip

Close game

Check clip...if still broken, delete and then keep repeat the process.

I can't guarantee that will work as I have only tried it on out of sync audio but it's worth a try

Ive been having the same issues. Thinking it was due to lack of storage, I went and wiped all of my clips of a few games I no longer played. Hoping it would solve the issue, it did not. It is happening to a friend of mine as well who is fairly new to the
platform and has hardly any clips. It seems to be only happening in certain games. I saw a few comments on another thread implying the fps and graphic settings for certain games may cause this.

Same here, only for Battlefield 4 though, FIFA 14 and Forza records 30 second clips fine.

There is a way you can get longer than 1 second clips on Battlefield 4 while the 'record that' is broken for it. You can snap Game DVR, choose to End Clip and record the last couple of minutes of gameplay up to the last 5 minutes, the only downside is that
your waiting with your screen snapped while it renders the video.

Also the I have people on my Friends list that don't seem to have this problem with the 'Record That' clips, so I don't think it is a general problem.

And what's annoying is you used to be able to make clips and if you didn't choose to "Keep It" or "Save It" or whatever the option was, it would delete after a certain amount of time to make space for other clips. Somewhere between Battlefield 4 and now,
it seems like clips automatically get stored indefinitely. I wish I could at the very least set it the way it used to be. Why does MS always got to mess with things that aren't broken.
