    Game Chat will not work, even after clearing MAC address multiple times.


    I play the game DayZ and communication though Game Chat is a huge component for longevity in the game and not every person shooting your person from not knowing if you have malicious intentions and they risk losing hours of time spent on a character. I've
    done everything to try and get resolve for my issue. Everything from HotFix's posted to random google post from forums. I contacted DayZ and reached out to their DEV team and the issue isn't one from any bugs that happen from them changing or updating versions
    of DayZ. If anyone knows something new or a absolute fix for the problem it would be more than greatly appreciated.

    Constant Party chat disconnection

    Hi!

    After clearing the cache as already suggested, try to clear the MAC address from the console (Settings->Network->Advanced Settings->Alternate MAC address->Clear).

    Restart the console and verify if party chat works.

    Hi it sounds like you may have a corrupted file or pesky bug, I would try clearing local saved games and the MAC address and maybe even do a power cycle after that.

    To clear the MAC address - Settings- All settings- Network- Advanced network - Alternate MAC address- Clear- Reset

    Have you had internet issues in the past ? Or are a lot of people using the same internet at the same time ?

    xbox one acts like it's connected to internet but isn't

    I don't have an ethernet cable but have tried multiple times clearing the mac address. Does not help.

    If that didn’t work kindly clear alternate MAC address on your Xbox then try again.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > MAC Address > Clear Alternate MAC Address > Restart.

    After that, try to upload the game clips again.
