game chat while using party chat

I am very sorry that I cannot give you this information since I do not belong to Xbox/Microsoft, but what you are saying would be a great idea and we hope that the team in charge can add this function in the future. As a player, I really love that idea.

I don't think this is really necessary, unless you are frequently in parties, but using game chat while everyone else is in party chat/other games in game chat. But that raises the question as to why you're in that party at all?

[/quote]People use party chat while playing games, Mics in party chat won't register in the game. Kinect will while you are in party chat.

@LostKauz.. Just asking..

If you're in Party Chat & it's not set to Game Chat, while playing an Originals game... Shouldn't it just use the dashboard for communication [Can still use Guide Button] & the console will open ports for party chat etc..??

I used to use headphones for in-game sound while late at night, but no longer do that. I use the headset while talking to friends either in party chat or game chat, but prefer party chat. While on my own I don't use my headset, but have it plugged in so
that the talking and other weird noises others make doesn't come through the speakers.
