Game can't reinstall after resetting my PC.

May I know if you tried looking for the game inside the Xbox app > Library?

Is appearing there or not at all?

If not, please try this, all together:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;
Click Check for Updates;
Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:
Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:
Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.
After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and check if the game appears in your library

I've reset the PC a number of times after plugging my controller via usb cable after removing drivers and it still never worked. Though, I can't say for sure whether I left the controller plugged in on start up if that was the catalyst to fix it.

Can anyone else confirm if this is a fix?

Edit: As of now the only fix seems to be reinstalling win 10.

edit 2: a clean reinstall, not a restore backup.

I reset my pc and reinstall the game many time but problem not solved help me.

So when I reinstall Roblox every time I reset my pc will it just eventually just stop altogether or will it keep happening after a while??

HEY SO I THINK THE PROBLEM IS FIXED!! I uninstalled the launcher,i reset my pc,the countdown for the game is over,its appearing in the New Games tab,im reinstalling it rn,ill update you after its done!
