    game cant be installed

    Hey

    I just bought a new xbox one console. I tried to play one game and the system tried to install the game but it was always at 0%. I tried to reset as per instructions founded in this web side (troubleshooting guide) but it doesnt function. It said to disconnect
    from XBox live, reset the console, install the game and then access Xbox live again. The game didnt stat to install after disconnect and reset from XBox live. What can I do? What you recommend? This is just a new console and the first usage........No positive
    results!!!!
