Game bought in store (code redeem) shown in MS Profile but not XBox Profile / cannot go...

This is the only game. However, I currently only own Gears and Minecraft through the MS Store/XBox.

Also I do not have a console but am playing on PC/Win10.

Gears is showing up there in my Microsoft Account. This is the same account that is linked to my XBox Profile.

I cannot find a way to directly link the game to the XBox Profile.

Is this the only game experiencing this issue?

Make sure your console is set to Online.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings.
   
3. Choose Network.
4. Select Network settings >
   Go online.

Login to your xbox account and check http://commerce.microsoft.com

Is it showing there that gears 5 is linked to the xbox account?

if you bought the game while logged into your Microsoft/Xbox profile then you should be able to find it and install it in your "ready to install" games or directly from the game's page in the store.

the order number is only a reference number/receipt for the purchase.

any redeemable code would be sent in an email to the email address linked to the MS/Xbox profile.
