    Game bought but wont show up


    I bought forza horizon 4 12-22-20 and i just had my ultimate game pass end today and now my xbox is telling me to check to see if i own it when i have the purchas e order what do i do

    In such kind of issues you might want to try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If the game still doesn't show up, try to soft reset your console.

    Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

    Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that we need to make sure that it's on your account, please follow the steps below and validate if it's showing as "completed".

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

    If it's showing up as "completed", simply remove and re-add your account.

    "REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​
