Game Bar "Recording Isn't Working Error: 2147942487" when trying to record Microsoft Teams...

I get this error after trying to record Microsoft Teams window using Win+Alt+R:





I can record other windows successfully using this method (Chrome, VirtualBox, others..)

After this error my display flickers and the Teams window goes white.

Any ideas what's wrong or how to fix?

I'm on a Dell Optiplex 7050 using the onboard intel HD graphics with dual Display Port outputs driving 2 dell 24" monitors.

Running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1809 OS build 17763.529.

Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.13765 (64-bit). It was last updated on 5/30/19.

FWIW Teams is configured with:

• Dark Mode
• Auto-start application
• Open application in background
• On close, keep the application running
• Register Teams as chat app for Office

UPDATE: I have deselected the above options for auto-start, open app in background, and keep the app running, rebooted, and am still reproducing the error. However, this time, when I opened Teams (manually) and hit Win+G, the Game
Bar asked me if I wanted to record this app in the future, which I selected. I had done this step for the other apps (which are recording successfully using Game Bar), but I'm not sure whether I did this step with Teams (until now). In any event, it still
failed to record, and gave me the same error.

Also, FWIW I can record Teams successfully when running inside a chrome browser window, and will use this as a workaround until someone provides information about what's wrong with recording the native app.

UPDATE**2: On a second computer (dell xps 9550 laptop running Win10Pro build 1903) I am not able to Win+Alt+R record Teams app. In this case, I do not get the same error, however it just doesn't record.

UPDATE**3: I just came across
this information in windowscentral that says:

*You can actually use the Game Bar with any app from the Windows 10 Microsoft Store, as well as any Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app, even if it's not a game. This can be handy for recording UWP apps like Microsoft Edge, but
it won't work in classic apps, even if they're ported to the Windows 10 Microsoft Store, like Spotify and Slack.*

So, perhaps Game Bar recordings is not even *expected* to work on Teams? I'm wondering if the Teams native win10 app is a classic app and therefore isn't expected to work?
