Game bar Problem, please help me to fix this!.

I've got the problem when I used the Game DVR on Windows 10 Home Single language. I played the game for the first time in my laptop, in the middle of the gaming Game Bar show itself. I pushed the button for record the video, in twice, then I cannot used
again. I opened the Game in System, I turned on the game bar, but after that it don't change later when I see it again, so please help me how can I fix this problem about this. I'm asking for everyone in this Community Xbox that if someone ever got the problem
about Game Bar like this. Thanks.

PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM!

I recently have had a problem occur with my Xbox one S. I had brought it to a friends house to play on it (note that the tv I played on was displayed video at about 720 hp and was small). Then brought it home and set it up on my tv and had a problem with
it displaying video on mine. However I did switch it to 1080 hp and it worked just fine.

The next day I had brought my Xbox to my grandparents house to play and my tv there is roughly the same size and quality. I would set it to HDMI 3 for example and turn my Xbox on and it won’t display absolutely nothing. Not even on any of the other HDMI
plugins. I tried all the solutions for this problem such as the 10 second reboot and all that but nothing seems to work. I even tried to set up on other tvs at several other friends house and oddly 2/4 extra tvs would display video. This is really frustrating.
Does anyone have a solution?
