Game bar party chat on PC not working help

I am having this issue and I have tried everything else. This is really annoying as I didn't have this issue before until the latest Xbox update.

- If none of the above works, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app.

If that doesn't help then Reset Game Bar in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox Game bar > Advanced Options.

If that doesn't help then re-register Xbox Game bar from Option 2 here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3175-apps-re-register-windows-8-10-a.html

And if that doesn't help then uninstall Game Bar in App Settings above, restart PC, reinstall Game Bar from Microsoft Store Settings > My Library.

Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!
