Game Bar not working properly

In game bar party i have a gold triangle next to my name and when i minimize into game no one can hear me. I am running windows 11 and yes the pin trick does work but it is incorrect and inconvenient because it leaves the audio window open an the screen and it gets in the way. when you go back into game you can not move the box. What is the correct solution. I have already check permissions and reinstalled and rest game bar even mic and audio settings in pc, xbox app, and game bar.

Please, follow these steps to uninstall the XBOX App from your PC:

1) Click Start, type Powershell and run as administrator.

2) Copy the commands below and paste them (individually) on the Powershell window.

Get-AppxPackage *Xbox* | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

After uninstalling the app, try running a cleaner application to fully remove all the files.

CCleaner is a very good option, but choose the one you are most comfortable with.

Then, restart your computer, then install the XBOX app, and try again.

Could Game Bar cause the issue? I noticed my Game Bar is not working properly. I tried reset it but still nothing happens when I launch it

I found the issue, it was using fast v-sync through the nvidia control pannel and manage 3d settings.

I fixed the issue by reseting my PC under Windows update settings < recovery
