game bar not responding right away at times

im trying to record with my game bar using my PC & xbox 360 wired controller im seeing at times when i bush the big X on the controller sometmes it pops up so i can use it but alot of times nothing is coming up at all,and this is causing my games to crash/freeze,so
ive tried tapping the big X & hold it then let go & the same result,ive also been trying alt+R same thing or it takes awhile to see the record icon,so whats causing this & how do i fix it & whats the right way to do it by the big X or alt+R so it will wor
the 1st try,& this is also not my fault because due to me having disabiliity & having a payee thats illegally banning me from credit card access (billed) (real credit cards) im unable to get virus protection or do things like update drivers etc,so until i
can get help not only to troubleshoot my issues with not just this issue but other issues with my PC/devices/games without requiring payment,or until microsoft gives in and starts accepting government checks from payees or allows family members to use theirs
for me i cant pay for it,so how do i fix this,and fix my other issues im having with my PC?

Go to your games and apps they should show up there. If not check the store and use the search bar should come up right away

You're right, this seems to happen a lot in Skyrim. Most followers respond to repeated pushing against them or jumping at them and they move away. Atronachs are more difficult to move -- makes for a good time to try unrelenting force or combat against
them.
