Game Bar Missing Menus

My Xbox game bar started to act up recently and I can't figure out how to fix it. When I go into the social tab it doesn't show any of my friends profile pictures. When I right-click their profile to invite them to the game or party the menu pops up blacked out. I am trying to friend request my friend and I can't because of this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game bar, disabled and enabled it, and used the repair button under the app settings. I have also installed the xbox app and the same thing happens there under social.

Same issue here, achievement notifications are not showing, also noticed that "Notifications" is missing in the Game Bar menu (when u click the gear icon) on the latest update.

Error 1723 usually indicates a problem with the Windows installer package, possibly some dll files are missing

Restart the Windows installer:

From the “Start” menu, type “Run” in the search bar and press enter.
In the “Open” box, type “msiexec /unreg” and then press ENTER.
From the “Start” menu, type “Run” in the search bar and press enter.
In the “Open” box, type “msiexec /regserver,” and then press ENTER

Sorry to hear it. Try finding the Xbox Game Bar app in the Start menu. Right click on it then select More. Choose Settings then delete and reinstall the Game Bar to see if that helps
