Game Bar improvements

The screenshot you've sent doesn't seems to be related with the Xbox Game Bar, being that it mentions "Game Mode", which improves game performance by suspending some background services and tasks executed by Windows. Are you able to clarify if you have a problem with Game Mode, or your issue is with the Xbox Game Bar?

I already updated windows, and it helped - it significantly improved my computer's performance. Thanks to this.

However, the main issue, which is the xbox game bar not working, still remains unsolved.

It was only a slight UI improvement.

The small white icons were removed when you hover over the side bar items. (My profile, friends, followers, etc.)

Try moving your router closer to the Xbox to improve the signal strength on the Xbox. Because if you have only one bar for signal that could be the cause via wireless.

Having the Xbox Game Bar installed on your PC will not impact the performance when it's not active. So, deleting it will not improve the PC performance.

Uninstalling the game bar shouldn't compromise your PC in any aspect, but as I previously mentioned, I don't think you will notice an improvement in performance.

However, if you still want to remove the app, please copy and paste the following command in a new PowerShell window (run the program as administrator)

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage
