Game Bar and Xbox Series S not showing friends list on my account, but on Game bar my...

Yeah, me resetting my xbox caused me to have a message when I click on friends list "Add some friends" or something like that, this was in attempt to fix delayed friend statuses. I am also having a game bar issue error loading the friends list as well that transfers across two pcs on my account but on my brother's account on one of the pcs (his pc) he doesn't have that problem.

So a couple days ago I decided to remove and re-add some of my friends via the messaging system and like a day later it fixed the issue for both my friends list on PC and Xbox. It's weird, but it worked.

Yes, I've tried my brother's account on game bar on his PC and it works fine, but on my account it doesn't. Same thing happens with my account on my PC.

No I have not but I believe they're already open. Friends list worked fine before, and I have not changed internet providers since before this issue started.
