Battlefield loses shooter of the year?

The VGA are a fail. Cod has won the 4 out of last 5 Best shooter award by releasing the same game.

Awards don't mean anything. I have been saying that with the countless awards BF has won. Awards =/= how good a game is similarly to how popularity =/= how good a game is and how, I know this is your favorite argument Rasta, sales =/= how good a game is.

So what does determine quality? Red Clown's rating?

I'm not saying one is better than the other, but you can't just denounce all conventional means of rating a game just because it doesn't agree with your preferred outcome...

 

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information. You would need to post the details of the issue you're having in order to receive assistance.

 

I bought Halo 5: Guardians on December 4 for $47.99 (Game Awards Sale) but I was billed $59.99. I also bought Batman Arkham Knight, Ori, Mortal Kombat X and Life is Strange on sale and I didn't have a problem with any of them. I used the chat support a couple
of times and several agents told me that they where "working on it" and I have to wait for an email response with the solution. I'm still waiting for a solution.

 

Since this is a billing issue, you would need to continue working with either phone support or chat support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada
