Game Awards Mixpot not Received Mixpot

I also haven't received The Game Awards 2018 Mixpot. Is this where we should ask for help with that?

Hey Francidomal! We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and some of the content is unlocked within its respective game.
You should be able to see the content on your account so check your
Microsoft Commerce page for the following content:



· Goat Simulator

· Warframe Prestige Pack DLC

· Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader

· Forza Motorsport 7 E3 Driver Suit

I did not see that in game. I looked at my Microsoft Account order history and I see the MixPot I got from E3 in June, but no record of a MixPot for The Game Awards this month.

Hi, a couple suggestions for you:

-Double-check your
order history, as you should see the game there if you received the MixPot. (Go back as far as June 2018, as the MixPot was given out in that month.) If you do see the order there, what probably happened is that you did get the MixPot but the game now
has a different page in the Xbox Store than the temporary one it did at the time the MixPot was awarded. Search for the game in the Xbox store now and it should tell you that you own the game and give you the option to install it.

-If you don't see the order for the game in your order history, visit the
MixPot FAQ page to review the steps to take to make sure that you're eligible to receive a MixPot reward. I would note that there is a link here regarding getting help with a MixPot, though unfortunately I'm not sure if anything can be done in this case
since it has been more than two weeks since the event in question.
