Game Awards Mix Pot partially recieved

Hello all!

After watching the Game Awards on Mixer, I have only recieved part of the MIx pot...

Goat Simulator (already owned)

Warframe Prestige Pack DLC (not recieved)

Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader (not recieved)

Forza Motorsport 7 unique driver suit (recieved)

What do I need to do to get the remaining prizes?

ps. I'm attaching the update I got in Mixer, maybe this can help.

Sea of theievs Mix pot reward missing- Flint lock pistol

i watched the sea of thieves stream about a month ago with my microsoft mixer account and yet I have not recieved the mix pot

Missing mix pot

It’s very clear that Xbox support does not read these posts. My gamer tag was announced on may 17 that I won the mix pot and I still haven’t received my mix pot. 27days later my original post still hasn’t been answered. Why bother with these promotions if
you can’t award them let alone respond to someone’s post.

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and some of the content is fully unlocked within its respective game. Check your
Microsoft Commerce page for the following content:

Goat Simulator

Warframe Prestige Pack DLC (found in-game)

Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader (Pack found in-game)

Forza Motorsport 7 E3 Driver Suit

While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

You can check by looking at
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. IIf its not Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details

are you sure your mixer account was linked to your xbox account? have you checked if the game is in the ready to install section?

yes I’m sure it was linked, it’s the same account I had last year. And no I don’t see it anywhere.
