Game available on Xbox app, but can’t play on Xbox Series S console

I found the game UFC 1 on the Xbox app. It says it’s available for the series S, which i have. I tapped on ‘download to console’ and it appears on my Xbox, but then it won’t launch because it says something like ‘game is unavailable in store’ Can’t I play this? I have a gamepass subscription, but am willing to pay for the game if necessary

This game is not available for the Xbox One S. It's only available for latest Series S or Series X consoles. You'll need to request a refund.

that game is only available for xbox series s and x not xbox one consoles, this will be why you will not see it. until you get a series console then you will not be able to play it.
