    Game Add-on issues. Paid for it. Can't find it on system.


    Anyone savvy with Xbox One? I bought the add-ons for Lego Marvel and when I got back on my xbox one, it doesn't show I bought it. My order history on Xbox.com says I paid for them.

    Anyone deal with this before?

    LOCKED - how do i add existing accounts to a family membership?

    I have paid for a family membership on xbox.com but when i go to my xbox console to add existing accounts to it, i can't find the 'family centre' window on 'my xbox' section on the xbox dashboard. what should i do?!!!!

    Premium rip off

    I got sick of the relentless adds and paid for the premium version. Now I have no adds and no game because it froze up and I can't find an way to fix or reload it. To say I am unhappy would be an understatement.

    I am having the same issue with the red hood story pack , which is included with the purchase of the seasons pass, sadly my add on disappeared and I can't find a way to re download or install it. I really would like to be able to play or get the add ons

    I am having a similar issue.. I'm trying to add points and all 3 credit cards I'm entering are failing(System can't find the CVV code). I've tried both my cards and my wife's. There appears to be a problem with the Credit Card verification system.

    I'm sorry, Ayden but not all Xbox 360 games are playable on the Xbox Series X|S console, it needs to be a compatible game for you to access and play them on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S consoles.

    I have checked the game "Gun", however, it's not on the list.
