    Game add-on disappeared.


    I bought the game a while back and it came with a game add-on download, at first I redeemed the code and everything was perfect for years but, today I tried to play and the add-on was gone, I thought "Maybe it´s in my games library or something" but it wasn't,
    and honestly it's nowhere to be found. I tried re-reedeming the code but an error pops up:

    Game Addon Code completely disappeared/not working

    I just received an Xbox360 for christmas along with the Assassins Creed Anthology.



    I've been adding the game add-on codes for Revelations, they started going through fine however one of them has completely disappeared from my system.

    When I input the code for it, everything seemed fine, the code went through and the addon showed up and I added it to the download queue. However, when I added another code and was taken to the download list, the previous game addon had completely disappeared
    from the list. Its no where on my storage or download history. I've checked my account online and its the only game addon not there. I have to say that for a new xbox user this is a very unsettling glitch and certainly offputting...

    I want to know where it is, why it has disappeared and want it back. If it has truely disappeared then I want a replacement fair and square.

    yeah, it's disappeared on me a few times too. it's just another thing to add to the list of 5,823,478 problems that most users are currently experiencing.

    Absolutely however those are just pre-order bonuses which does not include the base game. Were you able to check other transactions?

    You purchased an add-on which means that you need the game that it works for. Story Mode is just an add-on for Red Dead Online. Since RDO has been removed from Game Pass, you need to purchase Red Dead Online in order to use the Story Mode add-on.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the redemption transaction for the game? Once you were able to locate it I would appreciate it if you can provide me with the complete title of the transaction.
