g portal payment and server still suspended

I paid for a server through g portal that Microsoft takes money for on a reoccurring payment plan. however when time came to pay Microsoft took the money immediate but has yet to unsuspend my server meaning I cannot use my Conan exiles server because Microsoft is holding onto the funds instead of opening my server. I've been in contact with g portal and their entire support team has said the same thing. Microsoft has not given us any funds in order to reopen your server. So basically I'm waiting for something I paid for already to reopen that disappears in 4 days due to being suspended since the payment was not handled in time by Microsoft.

I am currently having that same exact problem now with my Conan exiles server. I pay through my xbox subscriptions every month on time cause they are not shy on snatching your doe, but sit on it. Making me work through gportal to figure out why my server is suspended. I don't understand why Microsoft even became the money handler if they weren't going to pay gportal accounts that they are taking money on.

My league has an Xbox Assetto Corsa Competizione G-Portal server, and the server is rented through the Xbox/MS store. Every month, the server gets suspended because it's expired, but MS doesn't charge the renewal until 2 days after that, so the server is useless for that time, and then when the payment does go through, I have to send G-Portal a screenshot of that so they'll reactivate it ASAP instead of having even more downtime. G-Portal support says it's because MS subscription charges have a grace period before reporting transactions, and they've let MS know about the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this with a G-Portal server rental on Xbox? Our last server never had this problem, but the one we switched to a few months ago has done this every single month and it's extremely frustrating when it happens during a race weekend

I have been having the same issue with Microsoft not processing my payments to G-Portal in a timely manner. It is super frustrating.

On you console, please follow these steps to add a payment method:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

Hi Cloudstrife,

so I went to the billing portal and deleted the old payment method and added a new one, that went off without a hitch. However it hasn't taken payment and my account is still suspended, right now it's probably best if I just wait a week or so to see if the
payment will go through.
