G.O.W ulitmate edition PROMO CODES MISSING!

I recently purchased the limited edition gears of war xbox one s 2TB console and i have not recieved the code for the entire gears of war collection. There seems to be a number of people with this issue on other forums and i have been in touch with two seperate
microsoft support advisers and the one failed to contact me back about this situation and the other refered me to this forum.

hope you can help with this matter of missing codes.

missing codes for gears of war 3 from the ultimate edition promo.

I'm Missing my code to download the gears of war 3 from my ultimate edition promo. i received the gears 1 and gears 2 download codes but i never received the gears 3 code and wanted to know why since it was suppose to be part of the GUE promo. Thanks

 

Im in the same boat, still not received my codes either.

 

Its ridiculous literally hundreds of people must have had the same issue and from what i can see nothing is getting done about it. I think the only answer i have seen is that the codes are getting sent out in waves constanly to people who have qualified
for the download, to qualify you would have needed to play G.O.W4 before december 31st i believe or so i have read!

Not that this information will help us both at all in gettng the codes but i would expect a better response time from such a big company, i have read that some people have really been messed around with it :S.
