    I get a message after finishing a game of Destiny to someone calling em a “wuss cuck” (because I won obviously) and responded accordingly. Come to find out I get banned and Mr Wuss Cuck caller gets to go about his business. In what world does that make sense?

    Well that is interesting...
    I've talked to so many of my gamer friends and they all say they've been doing it for years. I just assumed it wasn't a bannable offense anymore.
    They just havent been caught yet then or no one has reported them for it. Its definitely still against the rules. Thats one reason why there is a limit to how many times you can change your home xbox. Its meant to try and prevent it from being abused.

    Just simply sharing your account (even without gamesharing) in and of itself is actually a bannable offense.

    FYI halo 3 is region locked due to content and distribution rights.

    Some countries take offense to some religious content and violence it has

    Germany if I remember correctly was one of the first countries to call for it

    Just an FYI -- Mods are a "bannable" Xbox Live offense. Listing possible ways to mod the 360 version of Minecraft would be a violation of the forum rules. Sorry. If you want mods, you'll have to play on the PC for the time being.
