Future of games with gold?

So we were told there would be no more xbox 360 games coming to xbox one via backwards compatibility. What does this mean for xbox 360 games on games with gold? Will they no longer add any? Will they still add them, buy they wont be BC? anyone know???

I didn't hear about this, I think this is quite absurd, there are still hundreds of 360 games that haven't been emulated yet, I really don't wantt future generations to miss out an loads of enjoyable games

Being availabke on xbox 360 doesnt garentee that thw company nor the rights exists to make them backwards compatible

Rights and licenses can expire not to mention racing games sport games etc require licensing deals for branda

So does music in the games themselves ita not just a matter of flipping a switch

Maybe the publisher lost the rights or the developrr closed down along with the source code

We will expect news in early July, but I believe we will still have free games every month.

It's also possible it could be like it was prior to backwards compatibility being a thing. They did add games for the 360, but they could only be played on the 360. I guess we'll find out.

It seems it'll be like the old times and you'll actually need a 360 again. We still got a ton through the program.
