Hello. I ordered the movie fury last month, but I did not get the fury tank cod for world of tanks. Can you help me with this?

I purchased the movie Fury on January 28, 2015 and I still have not received the promo code for World of Tanks. After contacting Xbox support I was instructed to post here.

 

Did you purchase it or rent it? I ask because a purchase was required for this promotion.

 

So, I have confirmation of the purchase, I have posted this forum, I have spoken with Xbox and have received a reference number, and I have spoken with world of tanks who say I need the code from promotions, but I still do not have a code? What do I do next?
