Hey Xbox Live Rewards. I'm a current member and wanted to inquire about the "Xbox Live Rewards Birthday Cake" gift. I've heard that for a members birthday, you guys offer to give an Xbox Live Rewards paper Birthday cake for a small cost. I wanted to know
if that offer is still available and what are the requirements needed for my account to have this offer available to me. Thanks.

Actually it used to be 20 points when points were a thing, then it was just an image of a birthday cake. Nothing sent over Live messages though. Now it's VIP gems.

 

The 20 msp`s they used to send was bad enough,but a cut out cake is a total joke.

I got one a few days ago too and i was honestly shocked that a multi billion dollar company could be so cheap.

They would honestly be better off giving nothing than a cut out cake, that you even have to print out yourself before cutting it out.

 

Yes all that money at least they could sent the cut out in the mail ! I don't even have a printer.

I didnt even bother with my birthday cake. I laughed when I found out that they actually got cheaper than the 20 MSP that they used to give out. Im with you, they might as well give nothing at all. The 20 MSP is an insult but this cake printout is a slap
in the face. I am involved in other rewards programs and most of them just send me an email saying "happy birthday from all of us at ......" Im not incredibly happy but Im not insulted either. It doesnt draw attention to itself for the wrong reasons, like
20 MSP or a cake cutout does

 

A simple happy birthday message would be much better,without the cake.

They honestly expect you to print it,cut it out and then take pictures of yourself with it to upload online???

Man, them jive turkeys over at Microsoft never sent me nuffin. I agree though, a cut-out cake is pretty sad. I'll admit that I did laugh when I saw this thread. No offense.

 

The cake is a lie. I want my quarter's worth of MSP back.

 

That sucks. Microsoft gave me Kinect Sports Rivals for my birthday. They love me, they really love me.

 

Id take the cut out cake over Kinect Sports.

 

Um, didn't you get something if you took a picture on yourself with the cake and post it the Xbox support on Twitter? I mean they didn't just send the cut out and say here's your present if I remember right there was a little more to it then that?

Personally I didn't bother with it as the reward for printing it out and taking a picture wasn't worth my time to actually do it, haha.

 

Yes you are supposed to take your picture with it, doesn`t say you will get anything for doing so.

 

Haha really!? I wish I still had my email because I'm sure there was something really insignificant like an avatar birthday cake or something.
