Funimation app freeze/loading-in issues (Help me) [Xbox One] [UK] - Issue Solved!

Hi, I have previously encountered an issue regarding the Funimation app on the
Xbox one console.

The problems started last night 28/03/2020, I turned my Xbox on and clicked on the Funimation app (as it appears to be missing the apps cover picture) so the app comes on the starting screen
where it looks all purple with the Funimation logo and writing also the writing of what version it is on the bottom right corner of the screen [Version: 2.7.1].

This is now the problem the app usually has a load-in circle at the bottom but it has disappeared so I thought it was nothing I waited 30 mins tops and nothing changed as if it had froze.

Next I take steps on to solving the issue beginning with restarting my console (progress failed)

-Tried reinstalling the app and restarting (progress failed),

-Trying to switch between wifi (progress failed)

-Deleted cache from the Blu-ray settings (progress failed)

-Moving the app to external and internal (progress failed)

-Checked my account subscription with Funimation (Active)

-Phoned a friend today for they have my shared account to see if it was working for them on Xbox One console (Works for them)

On a interesting note as I go to reinstall the Funimation app through the downloading period I noticed above the bar it mentions restoring data, so In my mind is it giving me back the glitched settings? because I like to have a clean slate download. If any
help is to solve this issue or anyone can relate to this, it is appreciated

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that the Funimation application is not able to load completely when you launch it. Is this issue occurring with any other applications? We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. We also recommend uninstalling the application,

removing and adding your profile back to the console and installing the application again. Be sure to let us know the results CrimsonPizza69!

Your second recommendation worked I removed Funimation then removed my account then did the hard power cycle for 10 seconds, then powered it back on then added back my account then downloaded the Funimation app. clicked on the app and now it actually loaded
in with the screen for me to sign back in

I have the same issue. On Xbox one, it starts playing then tells me it cannot connect to funimation. It is ridiculous and I pay for the premium funimation and can't use it.
