    So, my funimation account is billed through Microsoft. My account was successfully billed by Microsoft. However Funimation has suspended my account because they never received the information that I had paid. So I paid for a service that I can't use because I have no receipt as proof.

    It says it is charged yearly through microsoft, and has been suspended for non payment. However, Microsoft HAS charged me.

    I have the same issue. On Xbox one, it starts playing then tells me it cannot connect to funimation. It is ridiculous and I pay for the premium funimation and can't use it.

    If other streaming apps are working ok and its just this one, it could potentially be an issue on Funimation's end. Are you able to stream from any other devices for Funimation?

    Cannot cancel funimation?

    The funimation account is under my current email address. So I can't see how that could have occurred. I have exhausted all options and funimation don't want to hear about it. Not only that but the credit card used for the payments isn't even listed as my card on funimation yet they're still taking the funds. Just seems suss.
