Discus and support Funds not Deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have over 50,000 points to deposit into my account, I got a deposit of £3 on 11/7 but not the rest?     In regards to the "spend $45 and receive cash back" promotion (hope this is the right place for this)

    I'm still waiting for an answer on this as well... have not seen the funds deposited in my account.

    my points are not right in live rewards

    Hi zYon2007. To confirm, your total lifetime Credits deposited is 61,000. The last deposit made was on December 14 for 10,800 Credits. Credits deposited expire after one year if not used. You can check your funds and deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Hello King of Classy,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your 50,000 Credit event occurred later than your other Credit events, it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit cycle. Since it was placed as pending on the 4th, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.

    The funds are directly deposited into your account when you redeem the cards and the funds expire 90 days after redeeming them.

    No. The funds can only be deposited into the account that redeems them and they can't be transferred.

    I got refunded for a game that I paid for in Xbox Rewards deposit and the refund was not paid

    Also, refunds usually show up as a negative balance. So if it says you received a deposit of "Xbox Live Rewards Deposit: $-53.80" that means they credited your account and added those funds (it's counter intuitive as you feel the funds are ADDED "+").

    However, as Smwutches said once the credits are deposited it is an issue with Xbox Billing and you need to continue to pressure them.
