    Fullscreen Problem.


    When I launch a game installed via xbox beta in full-screen mode and move the mouse cursor up or down, the top panel of the game window or the taskbar pops up. At the same time, the screen also goes blank for a while. I tried it on different games, everywhere
    the same thing. You can play only in windowed mode. In games installed not through xbox beta, there is no such problem....

    I did not find in the xbox beta app how to send a report. Can you tell me how to do this? Do I need to run the game at the same time.

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue, if all drivers are up to date on your computer, can you report it via the beta app itself , there is a report Tools to let the developpers know ?

    go to video options in the game, change from borderless to fullscreen, this should stop.

    beware some windows store/gamepass games are treated as apps and the top bar coming up is normal.

    Games like Forager and Children of Mortia only have a fullscreen option, but it keeps popping up. If it is normal, that is 100% fine. With Neon Abyss though, it does not have the top bar or the bottom task bar show up whenever the mouse is hovering near
    the top or bottom. Whenever I click in the game, it just alt tabs off the game so I think this is the one of the reasons that game is not working for

    Thanks for fixing my game, it works on full screen now but another problem with Roblox when I'm on the Microsoft app is that I cannot use fullscreen sometimes. As soon as I turn on fullscreen, the game goes fullscreen for a second before returning to normal. can you guide me on how to fix it?

    Its really random if full screen works or not

    Edit : If i full screen while im loading in the game , it will work but im wondering if theres another way to go fullscreen while im not loading
