Full Screen

When playing multi player co-op, game play is not being displayed in full screen as you would play single player mode. It also happens with the new gears of war. When i play advance warfare, the whole screen is being used when playing either multi player
or single player. any ideas as to why this is occurring?

Or in toxic's case, the aspect ratio. There should be settings for that both on the tv and the console under system settings..

Mine does the same thing and i tried to adjust it in options and it won't let me move it up vertically any more cause it is as far as it can go :-(

 

By the way, this is on the Xbox One

 

I am having the same problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the aspect ratio when playing split screen. Perhaps someone should bring this up to Activision/Treyarch and see if it's something they can fix.

It turns out, that the is the way that the game is designed.... if many ppl vote for a change, than they will go ahead and change it.

 

I'm having the same problem on multiple games Master Chief Collection, and Call of Duty Black Ops 3. You are getting it on Gears. It seems to be a trend. What frustrates me is that it was working fine on Halo: MCC before the new dashboard update in October
or November 2015. So I don't know if for Halo it's a game design thing. It may be a new Xbox thing. Either way I'm a little annoyed about it.
